Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
sir i have couple of property which i has a register will in my favor. my brother was died who has criminal record.my father and mother was also died they don't want to give his property to my brother but they gave some property to him before death and my brother sold out that property.but which property they give to my brother is through power of attorney to sell out the property. now i want to know that my bhabhi and his son should challenge the will if yes what is the decision of court.

Your bhabhi and brother son cannot challenge your father/mother will in your favour. They will not succeed if will has been properly legally executed and attested by two witnesses
