Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Sir,

My deceased father made three will. In first first will he allotted equal share to his children. In second will he gave his share to his one child. The third will had written in favor of only one child. My father was advocate and he inherited property from his father. he was more than 90 years old when he died. n third will he specifically mentioned that the properties were self earned by him which is not true.In first two will he did not mention the same In third will he also mentioned that if beneficiary is free to give the share to her sisters. The third will made in other city where the beneficiary used to live. My father made first two will with the consent of his children and gave us copy of the same to us, but we kept in dark about the third will. The third will is registered one. Third will was written under the pressure an d influenced by beneficiary. My father himself prepared the draft of first two wills, but the last will prepared by another lawyer. The last will kept under the custody of lawyer without the authority given by my father. Now my quarry is on what legel grounds the will challenge.
