Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Sir.
1 That My father died in 1955 and mother who purchase property out of his saving.
2. That now my brother aged 70 years shws a will of my mother which was made in 1963.
3That my mother died in year 2000
4. Does my mother has right to make a will for the property which was out of my motheres saving who died witout making a will ?
5. Does Hindu succesion law or will act any clarificaton for state of gujart ?

your mother could not have will the property as your father died in 1955 before the amendment in hindu succession act.
