Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Sir
1 That my father expired in 1955who was a surgen witout makng a will
2. My mother purchasd property out of his saving in 1955 in gujarat
3. My mother died in 2001

4. My brother sold that property august third week 2011) Last month witout my concent and went out of the country
5.The will which he has deposited at registrar office is that of july 1963.which does not mention my name.while my mother died in 2001 (Thirty eight years afte making the will )
6. Since the law regarding the equal share even of a maried daughter came after 1992 , does this will has any validity in 2011.????which was made in 1963 and the first two pages do not have even signature of witness. Only the last page shows the signatute of witnes who re also no more.
7. Further the will was never shown to me and the brother was also not even in talking tems with my mother
8 please opine precisely .
