Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
sir my father get the property from my grand mother through reg.will she get this property through her husband by will after her death he purchase that property by somebody it was parteric property.we want to sell our property but my father have three sis and one brother suit the case against property they chanenge the will ,tell me after suit this kind can we sale our property legaly no hasstle with objection,raj kumar
