sir,
i m.krishna chaitanya made a land agreement with 1/4rth rupees 25,00,000 for land cost and agreement time for eight months. still four months to complete agreement, but the owner of the land was registered to
other party with out any information to me. so what step i have to fallow legally to get my 25,00,000 back

Try to have dialogue with land owner.
If that does not work, approach court.
you may file a petition for cancellation of registration in the name of third party and you may also file a suit for specific performance of contract.

what kind of agreement was it ...that also need to be seen before taking action ..
so if u want to take action consult with the person if doesnt wrk than approach court
File a complaint before the police for cheating as you must have paid some amount and a specific performance suit against seller .
