Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hello sir. We are residents of a co-op society & own a flat since last 8 years in the building. We are also using a stilt parking for one of our cars for last 3 years. A letter for use of such parking was duly submitted to the society before we started using the space for parking. We are also duly paying the parking charges since the day we are using the space. Now another member of the society (who has recently bought a car) is harassing on this issue by way of blocking the access to our parking by parking his car on the way. As per him we are illegaly using/ (encroached) the slot for parking our car.

I would like to know how do we proceed further on the issue?
