.

1That after the death of my father my mother(house wife) purchased a propert in her name out of savings of my father..

2that after the death of my mother my brotheres sold that property witout my concent saying that the mother did not will for my share.and it is not a paternal property.

3. Please opine wether a daughtewr is entiled for a share of property purchsed out of savings of father though in name of mother?

Yes you too have share if your mother has died intestate.
