Your sister -inlaw has no right in this property, so relax on this ground . your father in law too cannot take this property back . I think i have made myself clear to you regarding your share towards your property.

If the registry is in your name then at present there is nothing to worry. Your sister in law has no claim in the house if the registry is in your name and your father in law is alive. However your father in law can challenge the registry in the court of law and seek declaration that the registry is false and fabricated.
