Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi sir,

I have a huge problem and doubt ..please clarify me..

I am a govt employee.me and my friends planed to start a trust to help orphans and old age ...

so that as we have little leisure time .we'd like to recruit few valantiers to collect some large funds with giving some sty fund(salary based).because our target is to serve orphans and give bright future..

is there any chance to do like this..we are very confusing about trust acts..

but we want to serve them very seriously and truly..

so please give me good option to do this project...

You may request a local lawyer who is well versed in Trusts Act,to be your volunteer.
