Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

sir/madam

All my education records from 1950 bear my name 'S.Ramu'where S is the expansion of the village I hail from -Sengalipuramand S also happens to be the first letter of my late fathers name-Saravanan. Since I took up employment in 1975, I had expanded the initial S to reflect the name of my village that is Sengalipuram and all my employment records have the expanded name- And so does my PAN-driving license is only the abbrievated S.

I had purchased a property in 1985 where the sale deed mentions my name as just S.Ramu- but the details in the deed regards my fathers name and address are correctly mentioned. Now, if I were to leave a will mentioning my name as S.Ramu with an alias as Sengalipuram Ramu, s/o of Saravanan---will there be any issues at a later date as to my identity?

No, it should not be a problem. What you have mentioned, is a general practice of writing names in Southern India.
