Sir,

What is the upper time limit to read the will after the death of will maker in gujarat?

2. The will deposited after 10 yeras of the death of my mother by brother is valid with reference to time lapsed after the death of my mother. I m of 65( Married Daughter) yeras and my brother is of 70 yeras of hence ther was no valied reason to wait for it.Is thee any clarificaton in hindu succesion law or will act for Hindus in gujarat?

There is no upper or lower limit for reading the will.
