Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
three sisters are nominees of flat two sisters have given an affidavit/DECLARATION document on Rs.100/stamp paper to society which is giving NOC to trancfer shares,rights,titel claim and interest of flat and relinquished and surrendered all rights. i think word relinquised atracts proper stamp duty & registration.is it correct?please explain how much stamp duty is required to be paid?

you may check with a local lawyer regarding stamp duty to be paid in ur state.
