I stay in mumbai maharashtra in jogeshwari (W), I want to rent a flat on the second floor residential premises for Beauty Parlour. I stay in a close by building named white tower and want to rent a flat in a different building named narendra society. Is it legal to rent a flat for beauty palour or should i have undergo some formalities?

if it is a residential society just seek permission from M.C.of that society.
