Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
i am subhadra garagund and i am having a banglow worth rs 35 lacs aproxx in the banglow papers the documents are written as like if my death happens then the banglow will goes on my husbands name but i want to give that to my child after my death is the 'will' is sufficient to do that or any other way plz suggest ?

You can make the rectification deed for the said papers and register in the same office which registered it. In Maharashtra you can make rectification deed on Rs. 100 paper if you have paid proper stamp duty on conveyance deed.
