Succession certificate

What is the legal fees for obtaining succession certificate (for securities and property) in Mumbai? How long does it take to obtain a succession certificate (person died inestate and no dispute amongst legal heirs)? Does one need to take a lawyer's services for that?

It would be better to take a lawyers service, as it would be difficult for you to get the Evidence recorded.

It may be better to engage a local lawyer to pursue the remedy. The amount of fee / expenses and lawyer's fee may vary depending amount the amount involved.
