What is the quickest way to get the legal succession of property of demised parents? Especially when there are two siblings.

if there is will you will have to apply for probate if there is no will you will have to apply for sucession certificate

If there is no will left by the demised parents, you have to apply for a succession certificate from the court. If there is a will, you have to apply for probate of the will. Both courses will take about 6 to 12 months.

the question is short but the answer need to be very big!
the sucession to the property of the deceased depends upon weather the deceased had executed a will or had died intestate?
if he had died intestate - you should get a legal heir certificate fronm the local authority and proceed with it!
if there is will then - it needs to be probated!
there the administrators can proceed
finally you can apply for the sucession O.P. in the local court by including all the legal heirs ( and other entitles) and get a decree.

There is no short cut.you have to follow law and procedure.If there is will then you have to obtain probate and if there is no will,then, you have to get succession certificate.
