Sucession Certificate

Dear Sir,

My father was a pension holder & my mother & i was nominee. Since i have lost by mother first & my father now, i have applied for the P.F.amount. I got the reply from the p.f. office to produce the succession certificate. So have filed an application for the succession certificate in Bangalore court, Karnataka & now the judge is saying they will verify if any court has given the succession certificate for the P.F. ( I have applied in the lower court). They is on objection in my family & amount is less than Rs.1 lakh.

Please let me now if any court in India have issued the succession certificate for the P.F amount.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

fot amount less than 2 lakh you have to apply to admunistator general for sucession certificate

The court may take into consideration all the assets of the deceased and decide the succession issue.
