Suspect Will...

I suspect the genuinity of the will submitted by my uncles in the matter of inheriting the properties created by my grandfather. When I discussed with other legal heirs, it’s confirmed that the will is forged.

We, grandson and other legal heirs want to bring out the fact behind the duplicate will.

We want to know weather there is any provision to review the genuinity of the will and forged grandfather’s and witness signature. Please advice how to proceed?

The will must be in the process of being probated in the court. You should immediately file an objection and also apply for examination of the signature in the will by an expert
