Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Testamentory Suit.

The challenger has expired before 4 years and my advocate has not taken any step further in the matter.

I would like to know what legal steps are to be taken expidiate the suit and achieve Probat.

in case the challenger has expired and his legal heirs are not impleaded as a party, then the probate is to be granted in your favour.

please write your statement again with clear facts about your 'locus' and the meaning of 'challenger'.

if the case is pending, opinion of your Advocate who is conducting the case may be more beneficial.
