Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

The testator was seriously ill and passed away within 4 months of making the will which bequeathed/left to the discretion about 80% of his estate to the executors one of whom was related to the domestic staff. The will was drawn up, witnessed and notarised by an advocate and his assistant. Is this is acceptable ? Can any action be taken against the advocate?

unless you show the will to a lawyer, nothing can be opined. there is no point giving hypothetical replies.

There is nothing wrong in the will as stated by you. And i am sure there would be nothing against the lawyer as well.I would suggest you you to show the will to some good lawyer to take his advice too.
