transfer of self earned property of my father to son
my ather own a property in chennai . I have a sister whom i intent to give 50% of the property cost & tyransfer the property to my name. My father is still alive.
Can i be adivised on the process & tge documnets required for this transfer

Your father may transfer the property in the name of both of you by way of a gift or a 'settlement deed' or such other document as may be advised by local authorities.
