Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Although family owned property is equitably distributed to all the surviving legal heirs - sons and daughters alike, a specific Will signed by two witnesses with their contact address and mobile / landline telephone numbers can clearly state the wish of the father to transfer his properties to his son alone. The only issue is that his Will will have to be backed by a Probate from the Court for its execution after the father's demise.
