Treatment of hereditary property
What are the rights of a daughter on hereditary property left behind by her father, if the will left behind by the father bestows all properties to the son? Is a will which is not properly registered valid in a court pof law?

Even if registered, a will may not operate on ancestral properties and the daugther cannot be debarred from her right of inheritance.

whether is will is registered or not, it does not give nay benefit, one thing is that it must not be suspicious and be free from all types of doubts.

if you feel that the will is forge, you should challenge the same in the court
