What points need to be considered for granting a loan to a trust against an immovable property

Check whether trust is registered, for lawful purpose and genuine. also check title to trust property and whether any encumbrances on the property.

You need to consider the following points :
(1) Titles of trust over the property.
(2) Genuinty of the trust viz. its registration etc.
(3) The property must be clear, free from all reasonable doubts and encumbrances.
