I am trustee of educational trust and the two trustees are alive and three trustees are expired. i want to transfer the property of the said trust in my name and want to cancel the trust. so, please kindly give me information regarding the same.

you need to approach the court for this and need to establish your right over the properties owned by trust. are other trustees agreeable to your proposal?

Trust Deeds cannot be cancelled without the order of the court. Kindly approach the court for the same through a lawyer.
