Hello ,
My uncle who is a bachelor died with out writting any will.Wher should the property go with out a will and the property is ansistories.Please answer me as soon as possible.

the property would devolve amongst his children and brothers in equal proportion.

As per hindu law,.the property left by an unmarried male died intestate ,shall devolve towards his parents,brothers, sisters and in their absence , towards their children. So the full and detailedfamily tree should be studied for legal answer.----------www.mahendrabhavsar.com
