Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My uncle had made a will favoring my sister about 3 years back. She after that got married. My uncle now has made a new will. Does the old will get cancelled automatically? The new will is in my favour. Does he have to inform my sister of the new will? If my sister had got the old will registered, can that be revoked then? Also, could my sister have got the old will registered without the presence of my uncle in the court/ sub registrars office?

in case the property is required, only then will remains valid the new will is valid and old will stand revoked.q
