Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My uncle passed away in delhi India recently; He was to inherit one fifth of bungalow his father( my grandfather) had acquired & mutation of property was already done in his favour a few years back ie 20 %. Now l my uncle ( who was unmarried &no;direct heirs) has in his will given his share of the property to only one of the nephews . Can he will away his share of inherited property or is his share to fall into common pool ie four equal shares instead of five ;thanks

Your uncle can do any thing with his share of property . He can will his share to his nephew which he has already done.
