Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my uncle passed away recently in delhi India ; He had no direct heirs ,hence nominated one nephew to execute the will which only indicated distribution of his property and bank FDs ; My question is , can executor of will , take over all his estate ie personal belongings etc and not let other nephews touch or donate his personal belongings ???; ie can executor of will be executor of the estate???

executor of a will is appointed to execute the will after testator's death. He has no right on the estate mentioned in the will.
