My uncle had two wives. both marriages took place prior to 1955 hindu marriage act. first marriage was when both my uncle and his wife were minors. Uncle left a duly registered will with respect to self acquired property in second wives name. Can the children of first wive claim the self acquired property.

the first wife and the children can do nothing now as the property was self acquired. a man holding a self acquired property may even will away the property to someone who is not even related to him or even give to charity. so the question of first or second wife is immaterial. the property solely belongs to second wife.
