Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

If an unmarried girl inherits property from her father, and it is self acquired property of her father, would her cousins have rights to prevent sale or other ways of disposing the properties on the grounds that it is ancestral property and not the self acquired property of the unmarried girl? If such a girl obtains injunction preventing her relatives from visiting her, would they still be able to claim any remaining properties after she dies to the detriment of others to whom she might have willed the properties she inherited from her parent? Would the fact that she looked after her father, and made him financially self sufficient throughout his life not help in treating the property as partly her self acquired property? Would a written evidence in the will that cousins were physically abusive to her and were nasty with her not suffice to prevent her cousins from disputing at a laters stage? In short, would the cousins of this unmarried girl be entitled to these properties as legal heirs since the girl has no children. Can the girl will this property to any orphanage without the risk of dispute? This is in Indian context. Thanks in advance.
