Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have a unregistered will in my favour by my grandmother in relation as testor (cousin sister of my real grandmother). During her last days when she was going to admitted in hospital she confirmed this to one of my family doctor in presence of a family member in hospital that She has executed a unregistered will in favour of me, now i have filed a suit of permanent injunction against the brother of my grandmother in civil court . My questions are

1.How can i use it as evidence in suit?

2. what will be pros & cons of this?

3.This is oral statement then how to produce this in court?
