Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
An unregistered will written on three years old non-judicial paper,purchased by one of the beneficent and after six month to the death of executer of the will ,he has applied to the registrar for its registration. Is it legally right ! The executer remained in coma for three months and died,but he put the thumb impressions during the coma and written the date of will20 days before the date of coma.
whether the registrar can register the will on such a later stage!!

No. The executor is suppose to be of sound mind and good health at the time of executing the will.
