Here is the brief description wherein I need your help.Please go through it and guide me whether I should file a cse or not?

My mother aged (now) about 50 years had gave her thumb impression on decree wherein she had given ownership of her land to her brother Chandgi Ram in in 1972. At that time my mother was minor and her parents were no more with her (Expired).

Now we want that Land back. Is there any possibility? can we get stay on that Land and how long the case will run ?

This is to add to your knowledge that My mother and Chandgi Ram are not real Brother Sister.

Chandgiram is born from first marriage of My Nani Ji while My mother is born from second marriage.

Another thing that I would like to inform you is in decree I can see that Chandgi Ram has mention that Shri ganga Ram had made a will where in my mother and Nani ji has been deprived of their share.But there was no such will was written by Nana ji.

Can we get the land back?

Can we get stay on the land/

How long the case will run?
