Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

hi i just wanted to know my aunt made a "will" with out our knowledge and she did not register it she passed away last week does this "will" hold any legal issues???? its been singed and witnessed but not registred and my uncle does not knw about it. wot r the legal problem for this "will"

Will is valid if signed and witnessed even if not registered.

Un-registered wills also have valid discharge. You have not disclosed facts properly commensurate to the answer you want.
