i am a widow.my husband expired last december.i want to get the pension activated for myself.being his wife the pension and other things should automatically transfer to me or not?he died suddenly and therefore couldnot make his will..what should i do as there was no nomeeni ...

you have to apply with death certificate of your husband, proof of your marriage with him , etc
