Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My wife and I want to put our assets in a trust for our children who are not in India with us. What is the best way to do this? Do we need to go through a lawyer? Do you know of any law firm in Rajasthan? Is it better to make a will or set up a trust?

Will or Trust would depend upon your objective. If you want the benefits to be restricted to your children only, go for will.

yes in case you need to form a trust for the benefit of your NRI children, you need to hire a lawyer who would go thorugh all the legal aspects and set up a trust. will is a document that is not considered very safe in indian situation.
