Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Will was created by a person residing outside Mumbai limits in Thane district. The property also is in Thane distriction. Does the Bombay HC have local jurisdiction for filing of Probate petition or does the Probate petition necessarily have to be filed in Thane district court?
