Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Will
My grand father died without will leaving wife and two sons in 1994. After his death his wife willed her 1/3 share to one of her son. She died in 2004.
During my grandfather life their was a legal case for title of land which is still pending.
My question is that if my grand father has no clear title of land in that dispute can that land also pass to my gand mother. Can she will her share in the disputed land also to her son

yes, she may be entitled to deal with her share irrespective of the dispute. the beneficiary will inherit the rights available to her.
