Will Under influence?
the son influenced the father to make a will in his favour without the knowledge or consent of the daughters (me), by emotionally blackmailing him!
now after the fathers death what can i do to get a fair share?

File a suit for declaration and partition.

If you can prove that the Father had not made the Will voluntarily but under the son's influence by emotionally blackmailing him in the court Challenge the Will in the court and get a fair share.

if the will has been made by force or coercion and you can prove the same you can file a case challeging eth will

If you have enough strong foundation that the WILL was made by influence or coercion then challenge the Will in the court.
