Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
As per the will we have a legal owner of flat at pune , we want to stay at the same property (Flat) but Society is unable to co-operate, also we a same property at kolhapur and ownership was transferd on our name, the copy along with along with copy of will is send to society by Reg A.D., what will be the legal way to stay and claim for the same flat?
