Can a will made by a Hindu in India, which has been registered, be revoked by the testator by burning, tearing or destroying the same, with the intention of revoking the same, as provided for under Section 70 of the Indian Succession Act?

YES you can but inform the registration office accordingly

You have to register the cancellation with the same Registrar where the will was registered, only then it is deemed cancelled.
