Whose will is it? Yours or your mothers? If it is your mother does it comply with all requirements - i.e. i) does it have two witnesses? ii) has your mother initialed all pages? theres are few questions.
If it is your Will - make a fresh one. consult a lawyer in your area.

Dear Sir / Madam,
To be legally valid, a Will must be signed by the Testator (your mother, if it her Will) in the presence of two witnesses giving their complete addresses who are also required to sign the Will for having attested that the Testator of the Will has actually signed the Will in their presence. There are no other conditions for a Will.
