Yes, the will can be made of the rights being enjoyed by the person in the property; the beneficiary of the will may step into the shoes of the executor of will and may enjoy same rights/benefits as are vested in the testator.

Can you tell me if you can give anyone a property which is not yours,thinking logically,a testator if wills some disputed property,can becomes legal if the ownership of the property in the will proved in favour of testator.
