Does husband has rights to write in his Will that amount in his wife bank account should go to his daughters. First the husband died and then the wife. Is it legal to do in indian context.

husband cannot as the amount is in wife's name

every body has right to give in will only those things which are in his or her possession ONLY
husband can not decide about the amount in the wife's account

No Husband has no right to give / write in will his wife's property.
