What is value of registered WILL given by mother if it is not probate easily in the court in the fever of petitioner. In india widow women's are very much neglected for this week law . They should be given full right for their protection. There will be any propblem to probate their WILL. Now a days a hard law will by made for widow women. Hard punishment should given to those children who are not taking care of their mother & given full protection to those child who are looking his/her mother properly. Proof should checked in the court. Petitioner should submit his/her proof in the court what type care he/she is taking of his/ her mother.

Registered will is more readily acceptable in court as evidence. If children are not taking care of dependant parents then u/s 125 CrPc they can ask for maintainence from their children thru the court.
