Will wiitten by a Hindu in India
The Will contained the following para:
''Either half share of Premiss A and the house in Premises B of the blue print attached, shall under the right of preemption be sold at rupees eighteen thousand each. by a son, to any of the other sons of mine or to any one of my sons' sons''
Is this legally binding and what happens if the others to be offered,do not co-operate. Kindly advise.

from the para reproduced it means that it is binding but need to see the entire will to give an opinion
Re: Will wiitten by a Hindu in India
if not relaxed in any other para, this would be binding, but can be bypassed by some other way.

Sir,
Kindly note that accurate interpretation of an individual sentence is difficult, entire will is required to be perused to know the real intention of the testator, and to know it applicability.
Kindly email the copy of entire will to know exactly what the will says and its legal consequence.
