can wills in india be proved with secondary evidence as both witnesses are dead and the will is over fifty years old.

in case the will 50 years old, a presumption of its genuineness can be drawn by the courts as per evidence act.

It can be proved but first question is to condone the delay of so many years has to be answered. Whether probate has been done if not why.
