i am working in a PSU .i am staying seperately from ny husband for last nine months and have already filed divorce case .i want to change my CPF and GRATUITY nominations.Presently my husband is my nominee but since we are going for seperation, i want my mother to be my nominee.my company says that i cannot delete my husbands name as nominee until legal seperation. Is that correct? as already we are on the way to seperation and in the meantime if something happens to me my husband will get all the money which i do not want.i want my mother to be my nominee.please help.

Your PSU cannot dictate its terms regarding CPF and GRATUITY etc. You can nominate your mom .What kind of Divorce have you filed ? What is the stage in your Divorce proceedings? Please answer to get legal advice.
